How it works
- 1Pay securely. Your money is held in escrow, not sent straight to the seller.
- 2Receive your item. Digital goods are delivered after payment, at the delivery time the seller states.
- 3Confirm it's right. If anything is wrong, open a dispute within 24 hours.
- 4Seller gets paid. Funds are released to the seller 30 days after delivery, once everything checks out.
What protection covers (and what it does not)
Protection covers non-delivery and items that are materially not as described, when you open a dispute within 24 hours of the expected delivery time. If the seller cannot resolve it, you get a full refund.
It does not cover action taken by a game publisher or other third party after delivery (for example an account suspension, ban, or rollback of in-game currency or items), a change of mind after delivery, or anything arranged off-platform. You assume the risk of using purchased goods under a game's or publisher's rules.
